The O’Hara Conference Suite

Our largest room in the hotel is suitable for conferences, exhibitions or private dinners. The Suite can be divided into two separate rooms, the O’Hara 1 & O’Hara 2. This elegant and spacious suite has air conditioning, natural daylight, PA system and audio visual equipment. The suite also boasts its own private bar (one either side) and can be equipped with a dance floor if required.

The Wilkes Conference Suite

This ground floor suite offers itself as a meeting or private dining room, adjacent to Blake’s Lounge Bar with access by double oak doors. With elegant furnishings air conditioning and plenty of natural daylight this is a very versatile suite for a conference, private party, christening or any other special occasion.

The Hamilton Conference Suite

A ground floor room with superb elegance and sophistication complete with sumptuous drapes, chandeliers and access to lawns if required. Perfect for a medium sized conference or that special dinner party.

Scarlett’s Conference Suite

On the lower ground floor this unique venue can be used for a variety of events. A large area with private cocktail bar, stage and dance floor, this room is a fantastic venue for engagement parties, proms, company launches, exhibitions and charity events.

The Calvert Conference Suite

A first floor meeting room of ample proportion to suit most conference and meeting requirements. This light and airy modern meeting room provides the discerning client with excellent facilities.

The Tarleton Conference Suite

Situated on the first floor, this room is slightly smaller than the Calvert. It is the perfect choice for small meetings or as a syndicate room when using the nearby Calvert suite.

Butlers Conference Suite

A superb and elegant room situated adjacent to the Famous Brooklands Restaurant, Butlers is suitable as an overspill for the Restaurant or for small meetings, private lunches or dinners and is ideal for that special celebration dinner.

The Meade Conference Suite

Situated on the second floor, this room is ideal for boardroom meetings or private interviews. This room is normally equipped with boardroom table and up to 12 chairs
